WOOD-FIRED Neapolitan Pizza Cafe
CrispY edges . chewy centers . toppings that change with the season
Hi, We’re Jenna and Evan
husband and wife, and YOUR TEAM behind the counter.
At Wiggle, we keep things simple: a small menu built from high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, served up by the two of us in the heart of Schoharie, NY. We love thin, crisp, perfectly chewy Neapolitan pizza — so that’s exactly what we bake in our wood fire oven. We also offer fresh, seasonal salads and sandwiches and a selection of our favorite local beer, hard cider and wine.
We’re a small batch, casual, counter-service spot, but more than that, we’re a place to gather. Good food, good people, and a little wiggle of joy with every bite. Our menu shifts with the seasons, so there’s always something new to try. A taste of what our local farms are growing right now.

OUR DOUGH IS THE STAR
Our dough is handmade by us, in a 72 hour process with a pre-ferment that creates a thin and crispy pizza with a DELICIOUS puffy crust.
You’re going to want it fresh out of our wood fire oven and since each Neapolitan pizza takes under 5 minutes from start to finish, we offer WALK-IN COUNTER SERVICE. You will be in and out in just a few moments or can eat in our dining room or on the back patio!
PIZZAS ARE 12” AND SERVE 2 ADULTS OR 3 SMALL CHILDREN
Why “Wiggle”?
We named Wiggle for our dogs, Frannie and Anita WHO REMIND US THAT JOY IS FOUND IN MOVEMENT, IN CONNECTION, IN THE LITTLE WIGGLES OF LIFE.
That’s the spirit we hope you feel here: casual, welcoming, and full of warmth.
We’re your wiggle family. This isn’t just a wood-fired pizza shop. It’s our way of putting Schoharie back on the plate—inviting you to gather, eat, and feel at home.
